Private Lessons

If you've reached a stage in your Taekwondo cycle where the current offering classes is a little under the level you feel you need. The club is now offering private 1 on 1 or 1 on 3 training sessions.

These are on a first come first served basis and will only be offered if the club / instructors believes that this is the case.

We encourage our students to train with the community but do understand that there is sometimes a need for additional focused training.

Please be aware that these classes are expensive and will not be offered as a matter of course.

Taekwondo For Adults

This class has growing from strength to strength and it's now a permanent fixture in the Downham club timetable.

Focusing on an intensive cardiovascular workout along with practical self defence and traditional and sporting Taekwondo.

If you are interested then simply come down on a Saturday and have a go before joining.

HOW TO JOIN OUR CLUB


Our club has an open arm attitude to any students, be it an existing student from another club or a completely new starter.  We welcome you as a student.

Forest Hill

If you are considering coming down to the Forest Hill club then you can come down on Monday or Wednesday around 17:45.  The chief instructor is normally around and can answer any of the questions you have.

Downham

If you are considering coming down to the Downham club then you can come down on Saturday around 10:45.  The chief instructor is normally around and can answer any of the questions you have.

We hope to see you soon and don’t be afraid as we were all white belts once, even the chief instructor.
